I love cheeseclothes for so many reason that most think it's just for straining cheese. I am to tell you the many ways that this product by Italiana Migliore which is my first time using theirs that I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opnion. I have put this product with it's thread count of 32x28 to the yest by using not only for the foods I have preped but also for how pretty it looks on my lemon/limes I cover for squeezing juice with not mess when I added ribbon for ties. I have used this product several times already from making my chicken stock to straing the fat out, covering my lemons/limes, and straining my homemade jelly. But this product has so many other uses like wrapping up handfull of herbs/spices tied up and dropped in pot for broth with out floating herbs, cheese/yogurt making, basting, and roasting. This product 100% cotton and unbleached, a need to add to your cooking life.
