It works just like the instructions said without a struggle. I am not a fan cell phone ear-plugs to talk because they fall out, just click speaker phone. I also tested my gps on my phone for view and The view was perfect to do a quick look and not stuck to my window.
I received this procduct at a discounted price for my unbiased review and I am not the only person enjoying it! Looks like I will be buying another one for my husbands car so I don't have to share :) .
